  • Go to school!
  • Duty: Going to school. Until age 16, it is required everyone attends school. A democracy is ineligible to process without educated citizens. We need stellar thinking skills for many things, such as who to vote for president.
  • Always follow court orders and don't forget to appear in court!
  • Duty: Appearing in court. The Constitution guarantees citizens the right to a fair trial by jury of their peers. If someone is called as a witness, they must appear in court.
  • Responsibility: Voting. Voting is a very important responsibility. Although it is not required, it is highly recommended. This is because, for instance, if someone decides not to vote, the candidate they dislike has a better possibility of being chosen.
  • If you're 18 or older, be sure to vote!
