This is my quote analysis For my literary response. I am illustrating the irony found in this story towards monna. Monna goes out to find the falcon that her son yearns for obligated by maternal love. She goes to federigo house to ask for his falcon knowing that was his prized possesion. Federigo out of desperation made a meal for monna of the bird that she wanted. when she asked for the falcon he mourns and regrets what he has done.
