As the sun rises on a Monday morning in New York City.
Ross hurry's to work because he has a meeting about an upcoming project.
Melissa, you need to get working on the poster board and lily, stop listening to music and brainstorm ideas for our theme!
During the meeting, they talk about the project that the business will be working on over the next few days. Ross is put into a group. They discuss and make a list of dates and places to meet up and get a specific portion of the project done.
When they go to there table, Ross gets started on the work while everyone else messes around and listens to music. Overtime, Ross gets a little mad and decides it's time to take control and become the leader of the group
Ross tells his group to do specific parts of work in a tone where he is not yelling, but he gets his point through in a firm tone of voice.
In the end, Ross got everyone to communicate properly and they made a great project.
