  • Ok, calm down. I’ll help you. First, begin with a greeting, then always include a meaningful heading on the subject line.

  • Address the recipient and thank them for their time. Don’t forget to state your purpose using grammatically correct paragraphs. Also stay positive. She doesn’t want to hear you complain.

  • Remember to keep it short, you’re not writing a book.Now add your closing remarks… Hey, and don’t add any emojis. She’s not your friend, she’s your professor.
