Storyboard Text

  • Hey Thommy! Come join us for a game!
  • Sorry, I need to get home... I have too much to study for tomorrow's exam.
  • Time to study!
  • 5 Minutes Later
  • Thommy begins scrolling instagram.
  •
  • Thommy could have used the time on Instagram to quickly finish his revision -
  •
  • - and joined his friends on the basketball court.
  • Why did that happen?
  • Thommy using Instagram  = example of low density fun
  • Many students are like Thommy - they don't go out to play, wanting to study at home. Instead, they turn to low density fun activities like Instagram, making him distracted. These 'fun' do not reduce stress.
  • Going out and doing something you like = high density fun
  • Truth is, high density fun helps create motivation to complete work, and reduces stress after studying, making it beneficial to students! That's why we should partake in high density fun instead of low density fun.
