No animal shall kill any other animal without cause
I don't remember the original commandment saying that last part...
It was there all along, you can't remember it correctly.
Hmm... Pilkington and Fredrick have been wanting this wood for some time, I could make some money with this...
He has been deceiving me this whole time!
The notes from Frederick are forgeries!
Soon after the executions, the animals discover that the commandments have been changed once again. It was found that "without cause" was added to the commandment "no animal shall kill any other animal." Clover goes to ask Muriel what is says.
Napoleon discovers a pile of unused timber on the farm, and he realizes he could make money off of it. He then proceeds to aggressively negotiate between Fredrick and Pilkington for who gets the wood. Everytime one farmer seems ready to buy the wood, the pigs force the animals to hate the other farmer.
Beasts of England, Beasts of Ireland, Beasts of every land and clime...
No animal can drink alcohol in excess
Finally, Napoleon decides to give the wood to Frederick. He makes Frederick pay in 5 pound notes, but he then finds out through Mr. Whymper that the notes are fake. He warns the animals and tells them that Frederick is planning an attack. Sure enough, Frederick and his men come attack the farm.
I thought it said something else, my memory must be messed up again!
That was a close one!
Fredrick and his men blow up the windmill. Enraged, the animals drive them off the farm.Unfortunately, several animals are killed, and Boxer is seriously injured.
The animals are chasing us!
Late in the night...
The pigs find a case of whiskey in the farmhouse basement. Later in the night, sounds of slurred singing and quarrels are heard from the farmhouse.
In the middle of the night, some of the animals find Squealer, fallen from a ladder where the Seven Commandments were written. He is then escorted away by the dogs. In the morning, the animals find that the commandment had been changed. They blame their memory again.
