Storyboard Text

  • Hey kesha have you ever heard of cellular respiration ?
  • What's cellular respiration?
  • Here lets let fly and flower explain.
  • I feel bad for this boy if he think a fly and flowers can talk.
  • Well Jackson cellular respiration allows me to take glucose and turn it into energy.
  • C 6 H 12 O 6 + 6 O 2 --> 6 CO 2 + 6 H 2 O + ATP
  • It was no problem at all Jackson and Kesha.
  • I bet she thought they couldn't talk.
  • How the heck is the fly talking?
  • Gycolysis is the breaking up of glucose. It occurs in the cytoplasm. The products of gycolysis enters the krebs cycle which requires oxygen
  • Flowers: so what are gycolysis and where does it occur?
  • Didn't you forget ATP?!
  • Flowers: ADP is formed when phosphate from ATP is lost.
  • i was just getting to that.. ATP uses energy to complete phosphorylation of ADP to ATP.
  • fly and flowers thanks so much for teaching us more about cellular respiration.
  • All we knew about it was that NADH from NAD brings electrons to the electron transport chain.
  • THE END
