  • Peeping Little Star V. Rose Rudey
  • The Court
  • The Jury
  • The Little Star was caught peeping on Rose Rudey, in December 11th, 1993. 
  • Arraignment
  • The Little Star was prosecuted by Rose Rudey, for peeping on her, which was a misdemeanor. The court was summoned to be on December 31st, 1993.
  • The Trial
  • Fortunately for Rose Rudey, there was several witnesses outside her home who saw the Little Star committing the crime. For a small misdemeanor such as this, the jury was a petit jury
  • The Trial Continued...
  • Before the trial, Arraignment occurred. So the Little Star was informed of his crime, and the Judge did a formal reading of the criminal charging document.
  • The trial began and each attorney, (The defendant and plaintiff) began to both gave out their case, starting with the plaintiff.
  • Charles Garden, a witness to the crime, stated, "I heard that the star has a story, and in that story it says, "In the dark blue sky you keep, And often through my curtains peep. For you never shut your eye, Till the sun is in the sky.'"
