The assault on Macbeth's castle draws near. Malcolm is trying to rally everyone together before the start.
If everyone grabs a branch they can conceal themselves and Macbeth's grunts will see less than there are.
They have done enough waiting and Siward suggests it is time to move in on Macbeth's position.
Malcolm is assessing the situation to everyone. As the assault draws closer to the start, he is assuring them that the tyranny of Macbeth will soon end and they will all be allowed to live in peace.
Malcolm informs the soldiers to grab a tree branch and to hide behind them. This will cause Macbeth's informants to report false information on how many of them there really are.
Siward explains to everyone saying they shouldn't get their hopes up. It's easy for them to get excited about a future that hasn't come yet, but now is the time for action. With that being said, they march on to the castle.
