Scene begins outside of the house. The camera slowly zooms in through the open window, where the character will be performing the exercise. The Camera moves around showing each wall until it stops directly in front of the character.
The character greets the viewers, then tells them how he will be demonstrating a simple exercise, the knee lift. The window and blinds are open, allowing the room to be well lit.
Greetings viewers. Today I will show you how to do a simple warm up stretching exercise - The knee lift.
The character proceeds to demonstrate the warm up whilst explaining good practice methods. The camera performs half an ellipse motion from the characters left knee to the right knee, capturing different angles of the exercise.
Lift your right knee towards your back, keeping your head and back straight and opposite arm out for balance.
The camera then pans to the side of the character, showing a side view angle of the exercise and stops for 10 seconds. The character explains more techniques.
Hold the stance for 10 seconds, use a wall for balance if you feel wobbly.
The camera then moves to the back of the character and focuses on the back of his leg, showing the exercise angle from behind. The viewer now knows how the exercise should look from each viewpoint.
Repeat for the other leg.
The character then describes how not to perform the exercise, by having an bent back or neck and whilst on uneven ground.
