Hello. My name is Mrs. Ketchum. I am here to tell you all about the Comanche tribe and their food.
Camanche women gathered food from plants like onions, berries, and roots.
In the early years, Comanche hunted deer, black bear, elk, and bison.
In later years, the Comanche people raised horses to help them hunt. They would also train them and trade them for goods.
Interesting fact about food: The Comanche would dry meat by setting it in the sun or smoking it so that it wouldn't spoil.
Thank you for coming to learn about the Comanche tribe and their food! I hope you learned something new!
