After much consideration from myself and my colleagues at the water authority, we have decided that the strategy that was most efficient not only cost- wise, but also environmentally, was the Boneo Recycling Scheme, because its success resulted in 1,000 mega liters of class a recycled water. Although the scheme was small scale, we still concluded that it was the most effective response.
