This book is about how the sun came out on Venus.
Why does Margot always brag about the sun? Today, Iḿ going to prove her wrong. Who cares about the sun?
Do scientists really know? Will it happen today?
Itś been raining for thousands upon thousands of days. Margot, a child who remembers the sun, states that she remembers it and that it is going to come today.
The kids were drying themselves in the beam of light. After Margot told them that the the sun is going to come out, they keep questioning each other about the sun although the others don know about what happens. William, a boy was jealous of Margot .
William was so jealous and angry about Margot's remembrance of the sun, that he locked Margot in the closet.
After Margot was locked inside, something didn't feel right. Something strange that the kids felt. There was no sound of the rain falling on the roof. It was complete silent. The sun came out! The children walked outside to see the sun shining on their faces. They ran around the beautiful landscape.
Suddenly, a raindrop fell. It fell on the kid's face. One drop came after another. They rain back into school just before it started to rain hard.
They walked solemnly, as if they've lost their prize possession. Then, they realize they have left Margot locked in the closet. They let Margot out.
