Storyboard Text

  • When shall we three meet again? In thunder, lightning, or in rain?  When the hurleyburly's done; When the battle's lost and won. Fair is foul, and foul is fair.
  • Sergeant: Brave Macbeth has destroyed the traitor. Duncan: Go tell Macbeth that he has become Thane of Cawdor for his brave deeds.
  • All hail, Macbeth, Thane of Glamis!  All hail, Macbeth, Thane of Cawdor! All hail, Macbeth, that shalt be King hereafter!
  • Hail, Banquo! Thou shalt get kings, though thou be none.
  • Duncan: Malcolm, whom we name hereafter The Prince of Cumberland. (next king)
  • Macbeth: The Prince of Cumberland! That is a step on which I must fall down, or else o'erleap, for in my way it lies.
  • My husband will be king. He is weak. Come, spirits, unsex me here and fill me of direst cruelty.
  • Look like the innocent flower, but be the serpent under't.
  • Duncan is coming now.
  • MB: We will proceed no further in this business. LMB: Are you even a man?  MB: What if we fail? LMB: We won't. Duncan will be asleep. I'll get the guards drunk. We'll frame them.
