The long term effects of marijuana include, a decline in IQ, impaired thinking, and an increased risk of a stroke.
Stop lying to me. If you guys were good friends, you would come too.
Oh ok, it wouldn't hurt. I think it's great that you are trying to meet new people
Hey Mum can I go to this party on Tuesday night. Please?
Suddenly, something is placed in his hand and he gets a fright as it is hot. Now everybody is staring at him and pressuring him to ‘try it’. He remembers what his friends told him about marijuana and the effects it can have on your life and he explains that to the older kids. He drops the blunt on the ground and stomps on it.
It is Tuesday now and Peter is at school talking to his friends. He cannot wait for the party later that night and begs his friends to come. His friend are firm and say no as the long term effects of marijuana include, a decline in IQ, impaired thinking, and an increased risk of a stroke.
Peter thinks his friends are lying just to try and stop him from having fun, so he storms off. Peter is still going to the party, but somewhere deep down, he knows something bad is going to happen at the party.
Peter arrives at the party and hears a rumour that some kids are smoking weed outside. Curious, he goes outside alone and goes looking in the back yard. It is pitch black and hard to see, but he smells something strange. He follows the scent. It leads to a shed .
Behind the shed, he finds some of the older kids he saw in the shops the other day all in a circle. He sees smoke and the smell that led him there is strong. The boys take no notice of him andPeter is now in the circle.
The older kids are passing around something, but Peter can’t see what as it is very dark, but he assumes it is weed as somebody inside told him that these boys were smoking weed outside.
