  • Soon we will have total control and domination over Europe.
  • Napoleon crowns himself emperor in 1804. His leadership was confirmed by the plebiscite. He was originally accepted due to his military success as a second lieutenant in an artillery regiment of the French army
  • The Reform of Church-State Relations
  • Napoleon was a self made empire. His goal as a leader was to expand his territory throughout the European nations. One important battle that contributed to expansion was the Battle of Trafalgar.
  • Economic and Legal/Education Reforms
  • I will establish this as a school to educate.
  • The Spanish War was fought between 1792-1815. This war was a good transition into the Napoleonic Wars. In the Napoleonic Wars an economic strategy of war called the continental system was made by Napoleon to limit the United Kingdoms power.
  • The Legacy of Napoleon
  • I'm dying!!
  • This was an agreement between the Pope and Napoleon called the, Concordat. This reform pretty much said that a lot of French people were Roman Catholic, but they were not required to be Catholic because the law still had religious toleration.
  • To prevent a financial deficit Napoleon developed a more efficient tax collection method and established The Bank of France. Also to eliminate any unfairness there was a law made called the Napoleonic Code. And to top it off Napoleon established many schools for education purposes.
  • Napoleon's legacy remained because some of his ideas of the Revolution stayed in the French government. Some ideas that stayed were the equality of law and a representative system. Napoleons reign helped the spread of Nationalism. Nationalism is a thing that gives unity and identity to the people of France.
  • Your legacy and ideas will carry on. Bye Napoleon.
