  • Japan Colonization/Imperialism
  • U.S. Oil/Steel Embargo on Japan
  • Pearl Harbor, Hawaii & Suprise Attack
  • Japan started looking to become more powerful. They started colonizing all across the western side of Europe.
  •              Hospitals with survivors
  • After Japan threatens to invade the Phillipenes FDR signed the U.S. Oil/Steel Embargo on Japan. The Embargo cut off 90% of the resources Japan needed for war such as Oil and Steel.
  • FDR/"Date which will live in infamy
  • After failing to receive a message that should've been sent to Pearl Harbor. Pearl Harbor was Attack by surprise by the Japanese.  
  •  Bombing Raid on Japan
  • After the First Wave of Pearl Harbor, the Hospitals were preparing to get ready for a nightmare that seemed endless. After the second wave, homes were turned into temporary hospitals for soldiers.
  • Just the day after Pearl Harbor FDR felt like there had to be something said to the public. Giving a speech saying that Pearl Harbor will be a date which people will live in infamy.
  • Harry S. Truman bringing in a new way to invade a country. We ordered an Atomic Bomb to be dropped on Hiroshima which killed endless amounts of people.
