  • Rising Action

  • Thanks, Hannah!
  • It is a normal Friday night for Jake and his friends, Hannah and Tim, in which they watch movies at Jake's house and conversate about the school day. Jake is more of a quiet person,  who is not one to problem solve very often.  Although, Jake is an extremely meticulous person when it comes to movies, as he observes them highly to pick out specific details. On the other hand, Hannah and Tim are very outgoing, and love having the answers to others' questions.
  • Climax
  • 9:33
  • After a half an hour of watching a new movie Jake had picked out with intriguing,  mischievous teenage characters their age, Chloe, Gregg, and Maureen, the kids seemed to have been getting head-aches. This strikes them as eccentric, as they usually never face such problems when watching movies. Unsure of what actions to take next, the kids proceed watching the movie.
  • Falling Action
  • Oh no!
  • Guys, calm down! I'm figuring this out.
  • Wait a minute-- this clock was not here earlier...
  • Not long after their head-aches proceed, the kids decide to take a break from the movie.  After this decision was made, the kids play a board game to rest their minds from the screen. They would return to watching the movie after playing a solitary round of their game.  After all, the kids had wanted to see what sly and mischievous actions the characters would take next.
  • Resolution
  • We're all going to die!!!
  • I know!
  • The kids then proceed to watching the movie, but they get strong migraines after having watched it for only a few minutes! Little do they know, Chloe, Gregg, and Maureen from the movie are no longer present at the time of their head-aches, pursuing a plan that  would allow them to depart the movie! Somehow,  unknown by the kids, Chloe had previously picked up the clock,  and she and her friends seemed to have disappeared in time. (Literally)
  • 5 minutes pass
  • Guys!!!
  • In the blink of an eye,  the kids had realized that they were in the scene of the movie! They were all aghast, unsure of what to do.  The kids had not been able to see Chloe and her friends from the movie in Jake's room,  pointing and laughing countless numbers of times.  At first, Jake struggles to keep his sanity, but as the meticulous thinker he is, he tries to find the fortitude to look for details from the movie that could have gotten them into that position.
  • Too funny man!
  • What losers!
  • After a few minutes, Jake notices the clock, and is quick to think. He remembered that the clock was previously set on the wall. For the first time, the quiet Jake takes over during the nightmare of a situation, and tells his friends to stay calm. He picks up the clock, puts in on the wall where it previously was, and the kids had found themselves back in Jake's room. The TV was on, and Chloe had been aggravated. It had seemed as if she learned her lesson as to not be so  mischievous,  as one's knowledge can overcome another's deceptiveness.
  • Yeah! I finally found the courage to speak up!
  • I wanna go home!
  • You did it Jake!
  • I don't know what to do!
