  • Resolution
  • George Hadley becomes angry at their children Peter and Wendy because he suspects the reason that the nursery seems to be locked on to the veldt is of their doing.
  • Literary Term - Onomatopoeia and Irony
  • Boom!
  • George decides to shut down the nursery but Peter begs his father to leave the nursery open for just a couple more minutes so George allows him to.
  • Peter and Wendy lock their parents in the nursery and let the lions eat them.
  • The Onomatopoeia is when the truck crashes with the ambulance it sounded like the word boom. The irony is that you expect the ambulance to be saving someone but it caused the accident.
