  • Would you like to know how to keep good hygiene?
  • Yes, I would like to know about how to keep myself clean.
  • Shower daily, wash hair regularly, wash hands regularly, shave daily, use deodorant daily, and do not forget to brush your teeth twice a day!
  • Please, tell me how to do those things!
  • For oily hair, be sure to shower at least once a day. There are many shampoos designed for oily hair. Be sure to use warm water, and a small amount of shampoo to work up a good lather. Do not scrub or rub too hard, it will damage your hair follicles and irritate your scalp. Definitely make sure the products are "oil free" or "greaseless"
  • Easy enough!
  • Your sweat glands are extremely active right now, so antiperspirant is a good idea unless you want to smell bad. The best way to keep clean is to bathe or shower every day using a mild soap and warm water. This will help wash away any bacteria that contribute to the smells. Wearing clean clothes, socks, and underwear each day can also help you to feel clean. If you sweat a lot, you might find that shirts, T-shirts, socks, and underwear made from cotton or other natural materials will help absorb sweat more effectively.
  • Now I will tell you how to take care of your teeth! Avoid drinking sodas, sugar in sweetened sodas can cause cavities, and acidic flavor additives ,found in the ingredients of both unsweetened and sweetened sodas, can also erode and damage tooth enamel. If you play sports, where mouth guards, more than 200,000 sports related oral injuries are recorded every year. Do you want broken teeth too? Never get oral piercings, easily chip their teeth while eating, sleeping, talking and chewing. The fracture can be confined to tooth enamel and require a filling, or it may go deeper, which can lead to a root canal or tooth extraction.
