  • the first amendment is freedom of religion,speech,of the press, and assembly, separation of church and state, and able to petition the governmet to correct a wrong
  • the second amendment is the right to bare arms
  • amendment 3 is the right not to be forced to put up soldiers in ones home in a time of peace
  • and amendment 4 protects us from unreasonable searches without a probable cause
  • amendment 4 clearly states that he has the rights to due process of law when accused of a crime freedom of double jepordy and being forced to testify against oneself garuntee that he wont be deprived of life,liberty, or property with process of law and has the right for fair compensation
  • in amendment 6 it says he has the right to a speedy, public, fair trial including the right to have a lawyer when accused of a crime,  the right to have the case heard by an impartial jury, the right to call witnesses and to confront witnesses aginst him/her self
  • but amendment 8 says i have the right to fair bail and he has protection of excessive fines
  • amendment 7 says we have right to a trial by based on cases more than $20 
  • and amendment 10 is the same thing just for the state so this fair is not illegal
  • thats illegal this whole fairrs illegal
  • no its not amendment 9 says says that if the constitution does not say you cant do it it that means you can do it
