Joan of Arc, a girl living in France, helped France win the war against England,With no military training, Joan convinced the prince Charles of Valois to allow her to lead a French army to the city of Orléans, where it achieved a great victory over the English. After seeing the prince crowned King Charles VII, Joan was captured by the English, and burned at the stake in 1431, at the age of 19.
after France won the battle of Castilian they held almost all of the landholdings and the war was won. with the end of "the hundred year war" Europe began to grow out of Feudalism castles and knights were becoming obsolete in battles and war. Nationalism grew and people thought they are part of a strong, united government.
