William Crawford, your only basis of support are republic party leaders, I have the whole northeast, you are bound to lose.
Worchester v. Georgia
Hey! Get out of there, you don't have permission!
The election of 1824 ended in John Quincy Adams winning the presidency, he was a republican along with Henry Clay, while William Crawford and Andrew Jackson were both democrats.
Indian Removal Act
This is OUR land! Now get OUT!!!
The spoils system was a thing that Jackson did and every president since, that kicked out last elections men and filled their spot with the president's men. This is agreeable because the last men won't agree with you while yours will.
Trail of Tears
Worchester v. Georgia was a court case that involved Georgia and a man named Samuel Worchester and was in Indian territory that was in there "without" permission. Georgia tried to say he was in Indian territory without permission, however he had permission, this ends in Samuel not being able to go into the territory again and the relationship between the U.S. and Indians to be set. I don't agree with this because Samuel was there with permission and the relationship with Indians shouldn't have gone to that.
The Indian removal act was made by Andrew Jackson to move them to Oklahoma, this was made so that Americans didn't attack them and drive them out.
The Trail of Tears is the journey when relocating the Indians to Oklahoma, on the journey over a thousand Indians died, with more dying from disease and starvation while waiting.
President Jackson was the target of the first presidential assassination, his attacker's guns both misfired and Jackson attacked and killed his attacker with his cane. I find this interesting due to the chances of the guns misfiring and how funny it is.
