The wolf decided to appeal the case to a higher court. In appellate court lawyer explains how he was never read his Miranda rights which is in clear violation in the fifth amendment which means the case was unfair against the wolf.
The judge acknowledged that the Miranda rights should have been read but the wold was stuck with four felonies. Two for intentional destruction of property and two for murder. Since both had been proved they happened they upheld the district courts decision.
Despite his best attempts the wolf had to pay for his crimes. He spent the rest of his life where he belongs.
