Storyboard Text

  • I am hurt. A plagueo' both houses! I am sped. Is he gone and hath nothing?
  • O break, my heart, poor bankrout, break at once!
  • Then mightst thou speak , then mightst thou tear thy hair and fall upon the ground as i do now, Taking the measure of an unmade grave.
  • Mercutio is killed in a battle against Tybalt. Romeo avenges Mercutio by killing Tybalt who is Juliet's cousin. Romeo is then banished from Verona.
  • O' Thursday, tell her, She shall be married to this noble earl.
  • In scene two of act three Juliet has just been told by the nurse that her cousin Tybalt has been killed by her new husband Romeo. She is overcome woth grief, not at her cousin's death but at her husband's banishment.
  • Farewell. I will omit no opportunity That may convey my greetings, love, to thee.
  • In act three scene three Romeo speaks with friar Lawrence about his banishment. Friar Lawrence tells Romeo how it could be worse and that Romeo is lucky to only be banished. Later the nurse comes to tell Romeo that Juliet wants Romeo t come toher.

  • In act three scene four Sir Capulet and Lady Capulet discuss Juliet's marriage to Paris and decide they will be married in three days.
  • Before Romeo must leave, he goes to visit Juliet. They talk about their love for each other and how they wish to see each other again. Lady Capulet comes in and tells Juliet she will marry Paris. Juliet confesses her love for Romeo to her father and he is outraged
