The creation of the Constitution was an event in the history of human liberty.
The US Constitution established National government, fundamental laws, and certain rights for citizens.
In 1776 the British caused hostilities in many states, which resulted in the Congress to Cut off ties with the British politics.
Then in 1787 delegates had created a plan to make a stronger federal government with the three main branches to keep it in balance.
In 1789 Congress had adopted 12 amendments, in which 10 of them had become the Bill Of Rights which became part of the Constitution in 1791.
Only 17 amendments were ratified in addition to the Bill of Right and the next most recent amendment to be ratified was in 1992.
