Since Gilgamesh did not like Enkidu, Gilgamesh challenged Enkidu to a fight. Eventually, Gilgamesh won the fight and they became friends. Best friends.
Enkidu and Gilgamesh were very strong together and challenged the evil monster Humbaba to a fight. The monster was close to winning when they prayed to the sun god for help. They beat the monster with the help from the god.
Enkidu died soon after the fight. Gilgamesh was very confused so he tried to search for immortality but did not succeed and decided that immortality was useless.
