  • Scrooge was sleeping peacefully and quietly, just when the ghost of Christmas past appeared. The ghost was sent there to show Scrooge scenes from his past to change his greedy ways into cheerful and giving ways.

  • "I would like to be able to to say a word or two to my clerk just now"
  • As everyone was going home for the holidays, Scrooge was left there alone with no one to spend the holidays with. Older Scrooge started to cry as the ghost was showing him this part of his past.

  • "Another idol has displaced me if it can cheer and comfort you in time to come as i would have tried to do have no just cause of grieve"
  • Fan is Scrooges little sister, and she has come to bring Scrooge home for the holidays. Scrooge couldn't believe it so he questions her and asked home little fan. Fan replies yes home for good and all.

  • As people were pouring out there hearts in praise of Fezziwig. Scrooge started to regret somethings, so the ghost asked whats the matter. Scrooge trying to act tough said nothing particular. Scrooge just wished he could say a thing or two to his clerk.
  • When Scrooge was a young man, he was in love with this girl named Belle. Before the wedding Belle ends the engagement because sh feels that scrooge feels less about her and more on his money and wealth. Scrooge lost his one love because he was greedy.
  • "a golden one"
  • Scrooge had just about had it, looking at all the miserable moments in his past. He orders the spirit to take him back. But the ghost refused. Scrooge gets so mad that he took the extinguisher cap and placed it over the ghost head, and vanished.
