Atticus refuses to let the men go into the jail house to see Tom Robinson. The two men plan to charge into the jail house and murder Tom Robinson. At this point Tom Robinson's perspective would be that he feels very worried and curious of the noise outside.
We will charge at towards him on 3. And then go into the jailhouse.
You're not going to get to see him.
Scout thinks Atticus would get hurt so she runs up to Atticus. Atticus is surprised to see Scout here. The two men question Atticus who is this little girl. Scout recognizes one of the men as Mr. Cunningham. At this point Tom Robinson probably would wonder who was that little girl that was yelling? Is she hurt? Tom Robinson would continue to feel worried and start feeling scared.
Scout what are you doing here!?

In the jailhouse, Tom Robinson's perspective is that he feels curious and wonders what the noise was outside. He questions whether or not the men have gotten past Atticus and are ready to charge in to kill him. In addition he also feels scared and worried.
I hear a girl yelling outside? Why is she yelling, is she hurt? Have the men got passed Atticus and are coming in soon to kill me?!?!
