Getting the Tea
Throwing Tea Overboard
(Actors) George Hewes and Robert Sessions, dressed as Indians, are ordered by their commander to get the articles they need, and the chests of tea were brought up by a tackle. This scene takes place on a ship in the water. Props needed will be a rope, tomahawks, and chests. This is a close-up shot.
Sessions and Hewes, along with others, throw the chests of tea off the edge of the ship, and British troops watch but don't do anything. The scene takes place in the water, and people are on three different ships. Props needed will be chests, tea, and tomahawks. This is a long range shot.
The aftermath of the event shows all spectators and participants standing silently with all the chests and tea floating in the water. This scene takes place in the same spot: in the water, and people are on the ships. Props needed will be chests, tea, and tomahawks. This is a medium range shot.
