Storyboard Text

  • “I think by this time, I’m in heaven looking at you from above. Don’t be sad anymore. You always make other people worry about you. I can’t think of what to say because I’ve told you already that I love you so much. What else? Oh yeah! birthday wish. Angel, live your life without me but I hope you will never forget me. Forget the sadness, just move on and make yourself happy.
  • The night before my birthday, I remembered everything from the day we accidentally met in the park, our first date, the day I said “yes” to be his girlfriend, our imperfect relationship and the day he told me “Soon, I’ll be gone forever.” “For sure he doesn’t want to leave you. You know that right?” my mother said with a comforting hug.
  • As my friends comforted me I realized my promise to him not to cry because of sadness and longing for him.
  • Before, he used to sit in front of me showing his smile and saying how grateful he was from the very beginning of our love story. I just laughed that time and hugged him tight telling him that I was the one thankful for always being there.
  • He was right I should live my life; I wiped all my tears and prayed for him. Lastly, I whispered the words, ‘I love you too.’ Everyone hugged me and from that night on, I did live my life.
  • Nearly evening as I entered, party poppers welcomed me. All my friends together with my family and Peter’s family were there. They all said their personal wishes for me. Before the party ended, Janice pulled me to sit in couch. “Sit there, someone’s going to greet you,” Janice said winking at me.
