  • Elements, Compounds, and Mixtures 101
  • Isn't it also the group of substances that cannot be broken down into simpler substances.

  • Elements, Compounds, and Mixtures 101
  • Yes it is Jimmy, great job! And does anyone know what a compound or a mixture is?
  • Elements, Compounds, and Mixtures 101
  • I  do Mr Amari, a mixture is a combination of two or more substances that are not chemically combined. For example Air. Plus a compound is a pure substance formed when atoms of two or more elements are chemically combined. Example Carbon Dioxide, CO2
  • Good Tommy, it also cannot contain elements, compounds, or both. They also can be separated by physical means.
  • Bye Mr. Amari!
  • Of course, and come back tomorrow!
  • Thank you for teaching us about Elements, compounds, and mixtures!
