Avenge my death upon Claudius, for he is the one who killed me
During a foggy night, an apparition of Hamlet's deceased father, the previous king of Denmark, appears first to two watchmen, then to Horatio. After seeing the ghost, all three men rush to tell Hamlet of the news. The ghost then reveals to Hamlet that he must take revenge upon Claudius.
After being reveal by the apparition that he must kill King Claudius, Hamlet is heavily contemplating whether or not to execute it.

Hamlet has gone nuts!
The King and Polonius are well convinced Hamlet has gone mad, so the King sends Rosencrantz and Guildenstern to spy on Hamlet.
The play that Hamlet made is now being preformed, and the King is shocked to see the king in the play die ( a nod to Hamlet knowing that Claudius killed the King)
Hamlet also kills Polonius "by accident" afterwords.
