Since they have little to no medicine that could easily cure diseases in our times, they would die from pneumonia, open wounds, and other curable diseases.

There were a very few amount of towns and no major cities, so it was an agarian/rural area at the time.
Almost all of them had little to no education. Even the wealthiest of the nobles didn't bother to get a proper education at the time, which ment the majority were illeterate.
Most of the popultion believed in fantastical things, such as witches and alchemy. They had little knowledge about how the world actually works and would often blame it on the "witches" for such things.
They were faithful to their religion and were required to go to churches and pay respects often.
