King Louis XIV, it is time to wake up my dear King. The physician, surgeon, and all the rest of us are ready for the daily routine!
King Louis carried on his normal morning routine as ceremonies occurred and choirs sung songs to him.
Just another day of watching King Louis look at himself in the mirror..
Louis XIV sat down for his substantial three course meal.
I wish I could just be the king...
His brother, Monsieur, remained standing to offer him a napkin if necessary.
King Louis XIV then took a break after his daily study period to take in the beautiful outdoors.
How lovely... this will be a great spot for my future picnics with the ladies.

Be considerate of King Louis XIV's sensitive nose!
When King Louis returned home, he was accompanied by his royal family for a dinner at 10:00 sharp.
Louis XVI of course had to make time for his children and grandchildren in his busy schedule as well.
During the end of King Louis XIV's day, he said a final goodnight to his dogs and knelt down to say a prayer before finally going to sleep.
Amen...
He will remain unbothered until the next day...
