Storyboard Text

  • Year 250 C.E., April 23. 4:34am
  • Hello, welcome to the Mayan Civilization. My name is Akna, Goddess of Childbirth. Here in year 250, this is when the golden age started. Today, I will be showing you what we've been working on for a while
  • We are very protective people towards our land and our tribe. If something were to go wrong, we would have our leader fix what was happening.
  • Year 250 C.E., April 23 4:38am
  • This is my hut. This is where i sleep, eat and live my life with my daughter
  • This is my daughter, Itzel. She will be in the field farming
  • Most houses were made of thatch, wood and woven material.
  • Ba'ax ka wa'alik?
  • Another Major Achievement was architecture. Pyramids, Housing, etc. And the Third major Achievement was poly-chrome ceramics. Painting, Pottery, etc.
  • Year 250 C.E., April 23. 4:42am
  • I'm sure you already know but just a heads up, you'er in Guatemala
  • One major achievement in 250 C.E. is distinctive writing.
  • There are 4 main theories of why our civilization broke down. By the way, this is roleplay of the Mayan civilization.
  • Introduction and what it's like to be in the Mayan civilization.
  • Year 250 C.E., April 23. 4:57am
  • The first theory is that they were in between a war and they got defeated and lost all their goods.
  • Introducing the house placement and what its made out of in the Mayan Civilization.
  • Year 250 C.E, April 23. 5:06am
  • The main theory that I believe is more reasonable is being defeated by war. The reason why I think this is because there is nat many tracings left from the Mayan people so maybe others took their goods.
  • One major achievement in 250 C.E., Is writing and calendar systems. One reason why I think this is important is because without the calendars and number system, we wouldn't know the things we know now.
  • Well, gotta get to work! I hope you learned something new today! Bye!!
  • Taak ulak k'iin!!
  • Theory 2 is that they vanished from disease. Whether it was the yellow fever disease or pereginus maidis disease. Either one is possible
  • Stating the 4 theories of how the Mayan Civilization vanished and was never seen after.
  • The 3 third theory was that they were low on food and died on starvation. The last theory is that they died of environmental changes
  • The most reasonable theory is the theory of war. The reason why I think this is because there were not many tracings so people had to have taken them.
  • This is the end of the comic. I hope this has helped you out a lot! Bye!!!
