Genghis Khan was born around 1162 AD to the name of "Temujin", with a mark on his hand that signified to the mongols that he was destined to become a great leader
Don't mess with Genghis
At the age of nine, Genghis was taken to live with his future bride, Borte, but on the way back his father encountered a rival tribe and accepted to feast with them but little did he know his food was poisoned.
Power is won by bloodshed
following the death of his father, Genghis returned home to claim the title of Clan chief but was not accepted by the people so for revenge, Genghis killed his half brother to claim the title as head of the family. This taught Genghis that power is won and held by bloodshed.
Right after marriage, Genghis's wife was captured by a rival tribe and so he raided the tribe to take her back. later, a former ally captured Genghis but he was able to escape. These actions infuriated Genghis.
Genghis was tired of rival tribes and so he started to unite people to form the Mongols, a force that would become almost unstoppable. He led the Mongols on a bloody rampage sweeping through tribes, getting revenge on rivals by boiling them and killing them.
Soon, Genghis and the Mongols controlled all of central and eastern Mongolia, earning the title of a Khan. His destiny was to rule the world and so far nothing had stopped him so far. He obliterated major civilizations to the ground and brought stability to unstable lands, but died in 1227.
