Power of a Quotient Jysmn Daniels Period: 3 11-5-19
The rules to it, are pretty simple.Distribute the power, if both of your exponents have the same base then subtract them.
So, say I had (3/342)We'd keep the base, and subtract the exponents
Therefore, that would equal 9/16.
I know my answer is correct because, the exponent is just multiplying each number by itself, and 3 x 3 equals 9 while 4 x 4 equals 16, f4 was our denominator so we put its answer on the bottom, same with the 3 but it's the numerator.
The one I didn't like the most was Product to a Power because it had so many rules, and it honestly looks complicating until you do it, it tricks the human eye!
