One day, in the quiet neighborhood of Maylona St, somewhere in California, USA, little Freddy Jenkins could not find his bicycle. But he knew it was still in the neighborhood because his sister had said she remembered seeing it somewhere around the area.
"Oh, No ! Where could my bike be?!"
Freddy goes and knocks on all his neighbor's doors and asks them if they've seen his missing bike. They all say the same things, like: "No, I haven't," or "Sorry kid." Freddy is starting to grow very suspicious...
Freddy tells his mom that he asked everyone, and still could not find his lost bike. His mom is shocked because it was usually such a good neighborhood with little to no crime.
Then, Freddy's mom remembers how expensive that little blue bike really was and how responsible her son is. She stomps outside and begins going into people's yards and screaming at them from outside their doors, demanding her little boy's bike! The whole neighborhood is disrupted by all the commotion, and everybody comes out of their house to see what's going on...
"Now, where is my son's bike?!"
"Actually, I think that's your son's voice, Caleb..."
In the midst of all the yelling, a bike bell rings and the sound of high-pitched laughter filled the air. Nobody could see a kid, but people started incriminating and accusing each other, saying, "isn't that your boy using her son's bike bell, Jerry?", and in some people in assent, saying, " Yeah, I think it is," and still others even against other neighbors of the sudden sound...
"Definitely isn't my kid."
Just about when things were turning crazy, something very weird happens. Inexplicably, Freddy suddenly appears ringing his bike bell and riding his blue bike with a wide grin on his face! He explains to everyone that he had found his bike looking in the garage and said it was hidden by a tarp. It was a very strange revelation!
