Hello! Nice to meet you! I'm Professor Gal and I will be talking about Gallium
Gallium also known as Ga on the periodic table can be used for powering things up but is mostly used for cool experiments! It can be found in the Periodic Table in Group 13 Period 4
Gallium is known for melting in people's hands which is what makes it a cool experiment.
There aren't many elements that have similar properties like Gallium but there are some that look alike such as Aluminum
Gallium bonds with many non metals. The one we will be looking at is Gallium Arsenide. When these two bond they have a non polar bond
The difference between the two is that Gallium Arsenide is used for solar panels while Gallium is just a block of metal that can melt in your hands.
