By educating people in the Caribbean about the different aspects of intelligence, perspective will be gained, and it would be more universally known that having a high IQ is not the only way to success.
It would also be benefiical if the education policy was focused boosting the cognitive ability of persons in anaysis, creativity and practicality.
I agree that means, the learners should have a broader variety and a level of control as to what they learn.
These ideas have greater impact if they are incorporated in all learning levels, especially at a young age where retention and modeling are more likely.
Gaining efficiency, community support, understanding emotions and being able to communicate well are all important in living a successful life, and all also include being intelligent.
Also these concepts address cultural aspects which are an important part of behaviour and cognitive remodeling.
