Storyboard Text

  • Well that's simple the rock cycle has three parts to it. It all starts igneous rocks.
  • I've always wondered how the rock cycle works.
  • Well, igneous rocks are rocks formed by the melting and cooling of rocks. The lava or magma cools thus forming an igneous rock. The rocks can either be intrusive or extrusive.
  • What are igneous rocks?
  • 5 days later
  • After igneous rocks come sedimentary rocks.
  • What are sedimentary rocks?
  • What are sedimentary rocks?
  • Sedimentary rocks are types of rock that are formed by the deposition and subsequent cementation of mineral or organic particles on the floor of oceans or other bodies of water at Earths surface.
  • For example , those rocks surrounding the water are sedimentary. You can see the individual layers or rock like the dark one and the light one
  • After sedimentary rocks come metamorphic rocks
  • Jezz this kid doesn't know anything😪
  • What are metamorphic rocks?
  • Another 5 days later
  • Metamorphic rocks are rocks that are made by intense heat and pressure inside the Earth. After that the rock cycle stars all over again
  • 😮😠
  • Wow thanks Mr. Allen but... can you repeat everything again i wasn't listening.
