  • Setting goals is a great way to start building habits and to improve yourself! And not just any goals, SMART goals.
  • Being active and exercising regularly is an essential habit to have for a healthy life, but it can be pretty hard to make those habits.
  • SMART stands for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-related. This means that the goal needs to be something you'll work towards, is realistic to achieve, and under a deadline or time constraint.
  • These are the guidelines on creating a goal that will help you become better in life. One example of a smart goal is, "I will run 3 miles every week for the next 3 weeks."
  • SMART goals can help with practically everything in your life that you want to improve at! It could be school, diet, a certain sport or hobby, the possibilities are endless!
