  • Never use chipped glassware.
  • Handling Glassware and Equipment
  • Whoops! Ms. B I accidentally hit the beaker with my hand and it fell off the table and broke!
  • If you notice that the the glassware is cracked don't use it at all.
  • Furthermore, never use dirty glassware as well.
  • If you ever find that the glassware you are using is chipped, cracked, or dirty notify the teacher. Or if a glassware breaks notify the teacher as well, so then the teacher can pick up the broken glassware pieces and dispose the broken pieces in the proper trash container.
  • No worries, just be careful next time about your surroundings. Step aside and let me pick up the glass pieces and dispose them in the trash and then you may continue and I'll get you a new beaker.
