Not really. I've just been WAY too stressed lately.
Dude that sucks big time. Why are you stressing so bad?
You see, it's nearing the end of the school year when teachers are trying to cram in all their lessons that they need to teach. It's also when coach is trying to fit in as many games as possible before the state conference comes up.
With me being so involved in soccer, it's getting hard for me to find time to get my homework done, and I'm stressing really badly about keeping my grades up. So I've been getting really little sleep from not only staying up to do my work, but from the stress itself.
Listen bro, I know you're really stressing about your time management, but I know a few tricks that can help ease it up a bit.
First of all, NEVER procrastinate. That's just more work you have to try to hurry and complete last minute. Second of all, any free time you have, you may want to be working on ahead of time just in case there's a night in the future that you have little time to be working.
Lastly, get rid of any distractions when you know you need to get work done. And yes, even if it means putting down your phone. If there's ever a time where you've done all you can and you still feel stressed, just take a couple deep breaths, and surround yourself by relaxing things.
