  • Ebeneezer Scrooge is very grouchy. He was very mean to his family, friends, clients, etc.
  • Climax
  • One night before Ebeneezer went to bed an old friend, who had been dead, came and visited him as a ghost. He told Scrooge that for his punishment for being self-centered was to be a ghost stuck on earth in to heavy chains. He warned him to change his ways.
  • Falling Action
  • The ghost of Past Christmas came and visited Scrooge and took him to the past to recent Christmas's. He visited his child hood and saw the women he was engaged to before she broke up with him.
  • Resolution
  • The ghost of Present Christmas leads him through on what is going to happen that year. He shows him a family getting ready for a small feast to two starving children. The ghost disappears when he sees the ghost of Future Christmas coming.
  • The ghost of Future Christmas leads Scrooge through scene of an unknown mans death. Then they finally land in a graveyard and he is shocked to see his name on the grave. Scrooge begs the ghost to alter his fate and he promises to honor Christmas in his heart. He returns to his bed safe and sound on Christmas day
  • He was happy he got to redeem his Christmas spirit. He sends the turkey to the Cratchit house and goes to Fred's party. As time goes by he keeps his promise. He treats Tiny Tim better and treats humans with kindness.
