  • What was the purpose of the war? What are they fighting over?The French and Indians are fighting against the British for control over the Ohio River. The British and French both claim the Ohio River as their property. But the British do not have enough room, so they decided it is time for them to establish one and for all who the owners of Ohio River are, That is the purpose of the war and what the french and Indian are fighting over.
  • Name the groups that are fighting on both sides of the war:On one side you have the French and Indians, otherwise known as the Native Americans. On the other side, you have the British troops. Those are the people fighting in the war.
  • Describe the fighting style of both sides:The fighting style that was used for both sides in hand to hand combat. They had guns of course, but not the type we have now. There guns are not like ours where we can shoot from a distance, they have to be up close. And he even when they are close enough to shoot, they still use kicking and punching as a offense and defense.
  • The final winners of the French and Indian war were the British.
