Poland is a nation in Eastern Europe that is a member of the European Union, a political and economic union composed of most of Europe's various nations
Following the election of the Law & justice party and it's officials in Poland in 2015, nationalism has been on the rise, as has dissatisfaction with the EU
A refugee crisis from the middle east and north Africa, which the EU accepted with open arms, was feared by Poles. Using this fear, and disdain amongst the populace for EU elitists, the Law and Justice party was elected
The party has been fueling anti-refugee sentiment, and with it, anti-Islamic feelings. Poland has been challenging the EU and its refugee policy
Please protect us!
Law and Justice has been strengthening its hold on Poland, and weakening the Union's through a series of reforms. With Euro skepticism on the rise among the populace, the people have lost the will to take orders from the EU
Law & Justice
This nationslism may see Poland leave the EU. With the United Kingdom leaving in 2019, the loss of 2 major members may see other EU nations leave, resulting in the collapse of the EU for better or for worse. It is obvious that the Law & Justice party will not allow Eurocrats to tell it what to do, so we can only wait and see what happens to the union and Poland.
