Summary: Most important thing
The most important thing was how many soldiers wanted the war to end the moment it started, and later regret not doing something about it earlier.
Mindset: Growth mindset becuase since the Christmas truce , both sides seem to have a more growth mindset towards the other soldiers because the soldiers realized that they live in a world full of hatred, and anger, but with the growth mindset, the soliders seem to realize that they can change that with the more effort . with their action's. If all soldiers in the war did'nt have a growth mindset , then the war would continue until someone is defeated.
