I'm really mad so I am going to calm down and then talk to my Dad
I'm really scared so I'm going to take a deep breath and tell my self it's ok

I'm really sad that my grandpa is gone but instead I am going to think of happy thing's I did with him
I am getting ready to go to bed and I feel anxious that I wont be able to sleep, but I am going to tell my self its okay, there is nothing to be afraid of... maybe I will read a book or listen to music.
